In this Category are instant printables that you can place on Glass Blocks!  If you are really good (I'm not!), you can drill a hole in the back of the glass block and then put into the inside of the block a strand of white or colored small lights that will shine through the block.  You can also take your glass blocks to Glass Cutting places (like shops that replace Auto Windsheilds or Glass Companies) and they will cut them for you for a small fee.   I spray paint (outside and on newspaper) mine in coordinating colors (like white on the winter glass blocks and brown on the primtive and fall ones).  After you have painted them if you'd like to, you can mix 1/2 white glue to 1/2 water and then paint on the glue mixture and press the printable onto the glass block.  On the winter glass blocks, they are so pretty sprayed with spray adhesive (you can get this in the craft department of Wal Mart) and then sprinkled with glitter!  If you cut a hole in the back (do this before finishing out your glass block with your printable), the lights will show up better if you do not paint the block. 

My glass block printables are measured to fit the named glass block (included in the description and below) "inside" part of the glass block.  This is on the outside actually :-) but there is a raised part around the edges of them and my printables will fit inside the raised part.  You can print them, cut them out with scissors and then put them on the glass block by following the instructions above!

I get my glass blocks from Lowe's back in the flooring section of the store.  They are called Icescapes and are $5 ~ $6 each.  The sizes I use are 8 x 8 x 4 or 6 x 8 x 4.
